With the metal disc facing down, the lamp stays on as ambient lighting. If left untouched for 30 minutes, it slowly dims off over 20 seconds.

"Carry" mode

Carry Seed lamp with the metal disc facing up, and it stays with you. When you stop, it fades out gently after 10 seconds, designed to turn itself off naturally after moments of use.

FAQ

What makes this lamp special?

Our lamp is designed as an aesthetic, ambient object that emits a soft, irregular, candle-like glow, resembling the reflections on a water surface. It’s made from hand-blown glass and an aluminum housing, produced in small batches with a strong focus on craftsmanship and detail.

Can I use the lamp outdoors?

The lamp is portable and suitable for indoor spaces or sheltered outdoor areas. It’s not waterproof, so avoid using it in the rain or directly exposed outdoor settings.

Does the lamp have an On/Off switch?

The lamp is designed to respond to your living space and express its presence, which is why it doesn’t have an off switch. It turns off automatically after not detecting movement for a certain period of time.

How do I charge the lamp?

Inside the lamp are two AA rechargeable batteries that you can easily recharge via a standard USB-C port located on the back of the aluminum housing.

With two fully charged AA batteries, the lamp runs for approximately 8 hours, depending on battery quality and usage intensity.

Is the brightness adjustable?

The lamp allows you to easily adjust the light intensity by rotating the metal housing. However, the adjustment range is intentionally limited, as the lamp is designed to create a soft, calming glow.

Is every lamp identical?

No — thanks to the hand-blown glass, each lamp is unique. The lenses have subtle variations in shape, thickness, and texture, giving every piece its own character.

How does the ordering process work?

You place a pre-order on our website. Once we reach at least 30 orders, we begin production and inform you of the expected delivery date.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship within EU. Once our production stabilizes, we plan to expand to international markets.

Is the lamp still in development?

The lamp is in the final stage of development. The first series will be produced in limited quantities, as we want to preserve the quality and handcrafted nature of each piece.
